Fixturing Systems
We design and fabricate most of the fixtures for our production areas. Our fixturing systems assure that every part that comes from our presses are perfect every time. This vital process is uses throughout our plant and gives our customers peace of mind when working with us.
2. Valve gates
The automotive and electronics markets are examples where valve gates are necessary and include sequential, independent, and alternative fill and pack, as well as predictable gate opening and closing. The elimination of weld lines in single-cavity, multi-gated molds can only be achieved with the use of hot runner valve gate systems by cascading the filling and final pack.
3. Hot runner
Working directly with our valve gate systems, a hot runner system is an assembly of heated components used in plastic injection molds that inject molten plastic into the cavities of the mold. A hot runner system usually includes a heated manifold and a number of heated nozzles. In hot runner systems, the mold is ready to run when the system reaches operating temperature. Also, with the hot runner systems, lower injection pressures can generally be used, which will reduce mold and platen deflection and keep flash caused by mold component movement to a minimum.
